Three Phases of Human Resources Management

This is when the employer is trying to keep the employees they have on staff. This is done to keep employees happy and to keep them from leaving. The employer should also have a good retention strategy in place that will help keep employees happy. 

Also, the employer should be able to identify what the employee is looking for and help them to find it. The fourth phase of human resource management is termination. This is when the employer is trying to get rid of an employee. The employer should be able to identify the reasons for termination and should be able to identify the employee’s strengths and weaknesses.

The third phase of HR management is development. This is the phase where the company invests in its employees and the employees invest in the company. This includes training and skill development, career advancement, learning from experience, and work-life balance.
